ICAIC 2026 – Final Manuscript Submission Guidelines
Camera-Ready Submission

Final Manuscript Submission Guidelines

Please carefully review and follow the instructions below for submitting your final camera-ready manuscript to the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cybersecurity (ICAIC).

Step 1

Review & Revise Your Manuscript

  • Address all reviewers' comments and incorporate required revisions.
  • Ensure all figures and tables are high quality, readable, and clearly labeled.
  • Do not include titles such as Dr., Prof., or job positions before author names.
  • Update all submission information, including title, authors, and abstract, to reflect the final version.
Step 2

Submit Final Paper

The deadline for submitting the final Camera-Ready paper is May 27, 2026. Authors must submit using the Presenter Role in registration page.

  • Ensure submission is completed before the April 14, 2026 deadline.
  • Upload the final camera-ready PDF only.
  • Confirm all reviewer comments have been fully addressed.
  • Verify formatting follows ICAIC guidelines exactly.
  • Remove all academic or professional titles from author names.
Step 3

Author Registration

Each accepted paper must have at least one registered author. Papers without a registered author will not be included in the conference program or proceedings.

Publication

Proceedings & Indexing

  • Accepted oral presentations will be published in the official ICAIC Proceedings.
  • Each manuscript will be assigned a DOI via CrossRef.
  • Papers will be indexed by academic search engines such as Google Scholar.
  • ICAIC Proceedings will be archived with Portico for long-term accessibility.
