Please note that all conference registrations are non-refundable. Once a registration has been confirmed and payment has been received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise. Participants who are genuinely unable to attend the conference may request to defer their registration to the next edition of the conference. Such requests must be submitted in writing before the event begins and are subject to review and approval by the conference organizers.
Approved deferrals will allow the participant to transfer their registration to the next scheduled edition of the conference without additional registration fees. Deferrals are granted on a case-by-case basis and may not be transferred to another individual.
